Arabian SAF provides unified Janitorial Services to its client/s. This covers the areas such as the buildings, roads, open pavements, walkways, parking areas, cafeteria lobby and toilet, Mosque and prayer/shelters areas, control rooms, warehouses, security gates, perimeter fences, guardhouses, External cleaning such as (cleaning of roof deck, cleaning of water fountain, foot-walks, cleaning/washing of tile paved areas, cleaning of building exterior) Glass & Window cleaning and all other client’s related facilities within the premises. Car Washing Service is also including in the said services. Also, A’SAF is well capable of providing Janitorial services in residential area as well.
Arabian SAF is providing the required management, supervision, manpower, technical services, administration, planning, scheduling, transportation, equipment, tools, material supplies and consumables necessary in providing complete janitorial services to its client.
Daily routine services
it will include toilet cleaning, trash bag changing, dusting office furniture, floor brushing, walls, ceiling, floor mopping, regular spray of air freshener, vacuuming of carpet areas, interior and external glass cleaning, cleaning of the corridors, elevators, lobby, stairs, walkways, water cooler units, fire extinguishers whenever required, gather and collect recyclable papers, empty/clean receptacle butts, and servicing of all other interior and exteriors facilities that requires janitorial services on a daily basis.
General cleaning of offices and meeting rooms takes place after office hours or as required by Client.
Weekly routine services
It shall include floor scrubbing and waxing, carpet shampooing, cleaning of curtains, cleaning of internal walls, cleaning/washing of roof skylights, cleaning of outside floor entrances, doors, work stations and partitions.
This work should be done during non-office hours and during weekends or as required and agreed Client. It shall include the external ground areas to collect and remove foreign fly materials, vegetation, in marl, fence to fence.
Monthly routine services
It shall include dusting of lighting fixture covers, dusting of HVAC grills, clean window runners, floor tiles waxing, wash and clean window external glasses, shampooing carpet floors, wash and clean exterior building walls, clean roof area and parapet area, clean curtains and drapes, clean sofas, scrub and wax lobbies and corridors.
Standards
To maintain the high quality of standard a daily inspection will be conducted by Arabian SAF supervisor to ensure full compliance with these standards. To attain the objective, Arabian SAF is having specialized and well qualified Safety Engineers & Safety Supervisor, under its work-force.
